Meet Tiff

Tiff is the brain child of Fresh Perspective, founding the business in January 2025 after becoming a qualified health coach. From undertaking her own journey of self-discovery after having her two children, Tiff strives to help other new mums regain their identity after the whirlwind of becoming a parent – teaching some important life-changing habits on the way that will last a lifetime.
